Welcome to AlanLu.Studio | Our Ordering & Shipping Process

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please review our complete step-by-step process below:

1.Choose Your Items
    Browse our website, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. 
We have a vast supply chain, and not all products are uploaded. If you cannot find what you are looking for, simply send us a picture via WhatsApp at +86 18477021149

    Note: Please double-check your shipping information. The address cannot be changed once the package has been shipped.

2. Secure the Payment
   Once your order details are confirmed, you can proceed with the payment. We support credit cards on our website. For alternative fast payments like PayPal (Friends & Family), Wise, or Alipay, please contact our team directly via WhatsApp (+86 18477021149) or Email (Alanlu.studio@gmail.com).

3. Quality Control (QC)
   After payment is completed, we will prepare your items and send you detailed live QC photos and videos within 2 to 3 days for your approval.

4. Fast Worldwide Shipping
  Once you greenlight (GL) the QC, we will ship your package immediately. Standard express shipping takes 10–25 days to North America and the Middle East, and 10–25 days to Europe. If you prefer premium couriers like FedEx or UPS, please contact us before shipping.

5. Tracking Updates
  We will update and send you the tracking number within 2 to 3 days after shipment. You can easily track your package at 17track.net by entering your tracking number and selecting the corresponding carrier (the tracking number is usually located directly under the barcode). If you do not see any tracking updates within 7 days, please reach out to us immediately.
